Los Angeles Greens' Green Party Petra Kelly Memorial Scholarship
Petra Kelly co-founded the German Green Party in 1979, served in the German Parliament from 1983-1990 and throughout her lifetime was a leader in European environmental and peace movements. The Los Angeles Greens are proud to present this memorial scholarship in her name.
- Offered to one male and one female graduating from a high school in the Los Angeles Unified School District in 2007
- $500.00 scholarship to be used for educational expenses incurred at a Los Angeles area institution during the 2007-08 academic year
Applications due May 31, 2007.Application deadline extended! Applications due on June 15. Recipients will be notified in late June/early July.
