Green Prix: Ladies and Gentlemen, *Stop* your Engines
Our theme for the 2005 Pasadena Doo Dah Parade (a parody of the Rose Parade) was a celebration of alternative forms of transportation. Our pace car was a biodiesel car, and circling the car were a number of bicycles, a skate board, a jogger, a wheel chair, and even a Segway.
Thanks to everyone who participated, including cycling groups, public transit advocates, and sustainable transport folks, 2005 saw our largest Green Party Doo Dah unit yet for the theme .
